Delete your account

You can delete your Mystery XI account and its data at any time – in the app, or by email if you no longer have the app.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Mystery XI and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account at the bottom.
3. Confirm with Delete for good. Your account is deleted at once.

Without the app

1. Email foreningskompasset@gmail.com from any address with the subject "Delete my account".
2. Include your friend code (shown in Settings and to your friends). If you don't have it, tell us your display name and roughly when you last played.
3. We delete the account within 30 days and reply when it's done.

What is deleted

• Your account and user ID, display name and friend code
• Your friends and friend requests
• All your daily results and points in the friends league

Stats and streaks stored on your phone are cleared when you delete in the app, or when you uninstall it.

What may be kept

• Subscription records (Mystery XI Plus) as long as Danish bookkeeping law requires (5 years). Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription – cancel it in Google Play or the App Store.
• Server logs for a short time (normally days).
• Ad data held by Google under its own policy.
